Hello my wife and I got into raising Nubian goats with the hopes of soap and cheese making. We have grown our heard to eight with 2 bucks 5 Does and a month old buckling. We like to show our does as well. I have a question about making Feta, it says to heat to 90 degrees and I went to a 100!!! Is this 90 degrees extremely critical?

Ναι είναι βασική παράμετρος η θερμοκρασία. Όσο πιο ψηλά από τους 90 τόσο πιο σκληρή θα γίνει η φέτα σου.
