    Greetings! I am completely new to making cheese at home. I have some experience home brewing. After learning that I have a great local source of unadulterated cow’s milk in the area I figured now would be the time to dive into making cheese (and yogurt). I have a weakness for brie and blue cheeses. If I’m 100% honest I don’t think I’ve met a well made cheese that I didn’t enjoy. That even includes the so called smelly cheeses (I also enjoy eating durians so maybe my sense of smell is not that great :p). I’m looking forward to learning all I can about this wonderful and tasty art form.
