The only homemade cheese I have made is cottage cheese. It starred when we got back from vacation and had about halh a gallon of milk on the edge. I searched on the internet for things you can do with sour milk. I just made a batch this week. The article which gave me the recipe for cottage cheese also told me to keep they whey for other things. I was unsuccessful making feta but I have found other wars to use whey. I found this site today while searching for more info about whey.
