Hi Everyone, nice to meet you.
Just a noob wanting to learn how to make cheese as I love cheese and with all this extra time and so on well why not.
I have made curd cheese my way at home from home made recipes for a while but I need some guidance in perfecting it / learning some tricks and tips and I am sure amny other things. I am a noob and will need to read and learn a bit for sure.
