    Hi Rachael I’ve been a big fan of your fantastic site for a long time now and always read with interest. At the moment I tend to only make soft cheeses since I always seem to be rushing from one thing to another. I’m a long time food blogger with a somewhat neglected website at the moment! Making some other cheeses is on the cards for me this year I hope. Great to see the forums here and looking forward to meeting other cheesy folk on here too 🙂
