Hello all. My name is Ryan and my wife and I have introduced two nubian goats to our family and are getting close to breeding time. This means lots of goats milk and lots of cheese making. We have fumbled around with a bit of cheese making but no nothing but the bare minimum. We are anxious to learn as much as we can and hope you all enjoy reading “and help” us through our ups and downs.
