    Hi there, can someone help me with reblochon, after salting it went in a box, so around 90% h and to 62 f. after 4 days it had slicky surface so i started washing it with salt/mold solution. but after 4-5 days the rind got wrinkly and when washing it it peels off.
    does it need drying after salting/brining?
