    I can get un-iodised salt in the supermarket at fraction of the cost of “cheese salt”, but it contains anti caking agent. Can this be used in cheese making or will the anti caking agent have an effect?
    I currently use the cheaper salt for making a saturated brine solution to remove mould from my cheese.
