Using cheese paper keeps your cheese tasting fresher longer. Wrap your cheese in the paper and store it in your fridge either in a sealed container or high humidity bin. Using a whole sheet for large pieces or half a sheet for smaller pieces.
Only wrap one piece of cheese per piece of paper. The enclosed adhesive labels are used to identify and date your cheese and ensure the wrap to stay secure.
