This hardwood Dutch cheese press is made in France from Ashwood. It is very traditional and will last you years when looked after and re-oiled. To clean, wipe over with soap and warm water.
This cheese press is perfect for all hard and semi hard cheeses, included Cheddar, Parmesan, Manchego, Gouda and much more.
The press has a diameter of 4.5″ and will accommodate the curd for a 2-4 pound cheese. It includes a mold which has drainage holes, as well as a follower.
The arm has been tested for 50 pounds at position 4, which gives 200PSI at the follower, which is more than you should ever need. (weights are not included)
