When making cheese at home it is very important to keep your tools sanitized so that you don’t get any unwanted bacteria in your cheese. We recommend cleaning all products with a good quality sanitizer, such as the BTF Iodophor Sanitizer. Simply mix it with luke warm water and wipe over all tools. The sanitizer is odorless, tasteless and low foaming, plus there is no need to rinse when used at the correct dilution as instructed on the bottle.
