What am I doing Wrong

    New to cheese making trying to make a camabert using mad millie equipment following recipe from the book milk is not forming a curd. Using fresh farm milk rennet is in good condition. Any suggestions please.

    Hi tony,

    Can you give us a bit of a run down on the process you using to make the cheese. Bit hard to tell what you are doing wrong if you dont outline the steps your using.
