I live in Northern Minnesota where the winters are long and harsh, and making cheese is a better alternative than watching snow fall. I am a photographer and visual artist working in different media. I grow as much food as I can, I keep chickens for eggs and general entertainment. I get my raw milk from a friends goats and my cow milk from Amish farmers who milk by hand.
