This cheese mold includes the mold, follower lid and muslin liners. It is able to hold 1lb 12oz of curd, or 800g. The measurements are as follows:
Internal diameter – 5″ ; Internal height – 2.75″
It is made from BPA free dairythene plastic, so you can be sure that your cheese will not be contaminated by any harsh chemicals
