Description
CHR Hansen CHN-11 is used to make continental, semi hard cheeses such as Gouda, Cheddar, Leerdam, Edam and Samsoe style cheeses.
CHN-11 produces more gas than Flora Danica and CHN-22 . CHN-11 and CHN-22 can be interchanged with little or no difference.
