You can place the hygrometer inside your cheese cave for accurate measuring. The Caliber IV hygrometer comes pre-calibrated out of the box and has a re-calibration feature to ensure your reading are always accurate. The temperature reading can be switched between Fahrenheit and Celsius and the humidity is measured between 20-90% RH.
