This cheese mold includes the mold and follower lid. It is able to hold 2lb 10oz of curd, or 1200g. The measurements are as follows:
Top internal diameter – 6″ ; Bottom internal diameter – 5.5″ ; Internal height – 5″
It is made from BPA free Dairythene plastic, so you can be sure that your cheese will not be contaminated by any harsh chemicals
