I made my first cheese a few years ago, while I was living in Pasadena, California. I have only done it a few times, but I really enjoy it. So far, I’ve take a couple of classes, and I’ve made cream cheese, Mozzarella, Feta, Gouda (2x), chevre. My latest project involved making Stilton and Manchego at the same time. I’m still waiting for them to age, but I’ll let you all know how they turn out.
