    Hi All, So glad I found you. I am a beginner cheesemaker but avid winemaker. Only seemed natural to delve into cheesemaking. So far I have only made ricotta and chevre. More adventures to come!!!

    Welcome, Monalisa. I hope you have fun with this website as I have. Good and friendly advice, always. I have never made wine but have made plenty of Brandy by running wine through my still. Don’t waste those batches that don’t come out right.
