I have been making cheese in my home for about 5 years. My favorite is Bloomy Blue Chevre, chevre and fromage blanc. You might say I have problems with delayed gratification. I’ve recently started some cheddar and buttermilk blue. I hope they are worth the wait. Camemberet might be my next challenge. I am looking for other cheeses that are somewhat fool proof. I look forward to learning about your successes and trying them out.
